853a9093a2 -Rest of fix for bug 1965012. gettab now checks for valid column names, Table.pm properly formats the SQL statement so SQLite won't blow up in the prepare phase when searching for NULL entries.

c6132eaf50 Universal stateless action for RH to setup NTP, LDAP, and Syslog 
without xcat postscripts.  Used for very large scale systems with static
or load-balanced service node pools.  NOTE:  /root/.ssh must be setup
manually.

8c66cc700a -Really really ignore 169.254 network 
-Attempt to restart dhcp on certain conditions.  Not fully catching, but makedhcp -n implies reset service.
-chkconfig dhcpd on if asked to do dhcp
