Based on the OpenBMC Sensor API, complete the development code
...
for the supported options based on the possible values that are
currently allowed to be returned. As more data is added, the code
should be able to handle the printing of the data automatically

Separate out the hardware management section into multiple files.

This allows us to better describe certain commands in more detail.
rcons file has changes pertaining to OpenBMC specific information
advanced hardware commands have not been revised, but I went through
the basic commands.

Removed the OpenBMC section since there's not enough content to justify

creating another bullet instead of re-using the OpenPower section. The
only real difference is the mgmt type.
