This commit is able to create storage in an existing mdisk grp.

It hardcodes the iogrp to 0 for now.  The next step is to make hosts and vhostmap.
mkhost -name <name> -hbawwpn <wwpn> -force

And then map them together:
mkvdiskhostmap -host <host> -force <vdisk>

If boot, store the wwn into storage.osvolume for future use.

Commands to do:
attachstorage
detachstorage
showstorage
rmstorage

suspect frontending:
lsmdiskgrp to show state of avail space
will be appropriate

Added support for capture and deploy of system images for z/VM. This includes capturing ECKD/FBA and native SCSI/FCP devices. Each device is captured and stored as an image (.img) file. Note that mkvm has to be used to create the VM definition and chvm has to be used to add the disks. nodeset is used to put the .img contents onto existing disks.
