wanghuaz 6ae2911605 the symbol "~." will introduce exceptions in rcons, and rcons has provided Ctrl+C+. to disconnect from console. so simply remove this symbol.

wanghuaz d803019252 The original logic to rnetboot/getmacs linux nodes takes too much time, since xdsh will wait there for some time if the nodes are not running. 
Now just FORCE lpar shutdown if the nodes are running Linux.
