38c614f84e mkvm enhancement: 1. support cross hmc; 2. support hca guid automatic increase. This code change doesn't include man page/usage update. Will do them soon.

c8264f231a -Have Client library use a more reliable method than environment to get home directory 
-Change conserver backends to not bother with setting HOME variable at all

56debd0d4b -Change getHomeDir to tolerate more situations, not spawn a subprocess, and get current user home directory if no user specified.

db325e5fd1 rcons and rnetboot cannot work at the same time, since there is only one connection between hmc and open firmware. 
change local lpar_netboot to connect to node from conserver, which gives us the capability to watch the installation from rcons and take actions from rnetboot at the same time.

TODO: rnetboot on IVM will be temporary broken.  Will fix it soon

6ae2911605 the symbol "~." will introduce exceptions in rcons, and rcons has provided Ctrl+C+. to disconnect from console. so simply remove this symbol.
