b89478cd64 fix makehosts command to be able to specify if long name comes before short name or not. And remove the duplicate entries. And enable adding hosts for different domains

ef1ede014d myxcatpost_{NODE} is just a list of scripts. It doesn't provide the return code. The error check should be done in each script. 
But currently xcat check the return of myxcatpost_{NODE} which will fail.  Remove the check code.

db325e5fd1 rcons and rnetboot cannot work at the same time, since there is only one connection between hmc and open firmware. 
change local lpar_netboot to connect to node from conserver, which gives us the capability to watch the installation from rcons and take actions from rnetboot at the same time.

TODO: rnetboot on IVM will be temporary broken.  Will fix it soon
