248de38a9f Added another post script for statefull, stateless and statelite install. Previously IBMhpc.postbootscript and IBMhpc.postscript are only run for statefull install, there is no general HPC script run as postscript for stateless/statelite and postbootscript for statefull. This new IBMhpc.post is supposed to do this. Currently only BSR configuration requires configuration after node installs/boots.

f4e5b2e9e0 libibverbs package names are different between RHELS6 and SLES11, the original PE pkglist are only working for SLES11. So we need to distinguish the difference by adding new pkglists with OS types.
