Victor Hu bf27f3c41d Create a gitignore file to ignore the build generated files for Ubuntu.

The build will also checkout the changelog files at the completion of
the build so that we are able to switch releases for Ubuntu.

This is caused by the build running in xcat-core instead of creating a
build directory for each release, like Linux is doing.

Mutiple winpes support. nodeset (Windows.pm) will generate configuration file (path of winpe) in /var/lib/xcat/proxydhcp.cfg and send signal to proxydhcp daemon, proxydhcp daemon loads configuration file and offers 4011 service to windows compute nodes.
