linggao 46c142266d give up pulling dhcp out of pxe.pm and yaboot.pm to prescripts.Otherwise the prescripts code gets too complicated. We'll use site attribute 'dhcpsetup' instead to turn if off if needed. AAsn.pm can also use this attribute to not call makedhcp automatically
