Added padding to repository fieldset on update page to make it be more readable. Added warning bar to show warning messages. Changed "Response details" to toggle. Changed 1st row in RPM table to be <thead>, so it it could have color.

xCAT - eXtreme Cluster Administration Toolkit

xCAT is a toolkit for the deployment and administration of clusters.

For documentation on getting started with xCAT, see:

xCAT is made available as OSS under the EPL license:
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/eclipse-1.0.php

(This file is not packaged with the xCAT RPMs.  It is only here for those that look
at the source in SVN and want to know how to get started.  The README that is packaged
with xCAT is in perl-xCAT-2.0/README.)
