078f3fbce1 -Have rinv provide more contextual data in the in-band cross reference key 
-have chvm support specification via new key
-have chvm more cleanly handle out of drive conditions (TODO: support adding more scsi controllers if someone asks)

d0bf81f213 two new attributes "netdrivers" and "kernelver" are added to "linuximage" table,

7fe5f0716b In the postinstall files, I comment all the code for handling /etc/fstab, 
instead, I add the code into the genimage code,
the code has already been in genimage code, but not completely.
