331d7868fa Set value to '' if value within composite primary keys not defined (#2045) 
As history reasons, null value is always set within the composite primary
keys, this patch is just a work aroud for the issue encountered on postgres.
Correct fix is to report error to the client side, but too much error handler
is missing in xcat code

58fa0e8612 - Added the :noboot option into the dhcpinterfaces keyword 
- cleaned up the text in the site table keyword and descriptions
  to prevent horizontal scrolling on RTD.

0c84550441 Ensure the requested kernel version and associated packages are installed (#2018) 
If a specific version of the kernel was requested, make sure any other
kernel-related packages requested in a package list get the same version.
Note, packages that get pulled in due to dependencies are NOT checked.
Also avoid updating the kernel packages when the requested version has already
been installed.
