Fix-defect: Add sleep function before upgrade firmware
...
Firmware or ipmitool-xcat may not stable enough. BMC can handle
the ipmi request from ipmitool, but can not be upgraded succesfully,
add a sleep function as a work around.
Fix-issue: #442
