test(xcat-core): two more tests this branch touches stop the whole suite

genesis_openembedded_console.t and xcat_probe_package_payload.t still
called BAIL_OUT for a missing fixture. prove stops every remaining file
on a bail-out, so one of them hides the results of the tests that would
have run after it. Every test file this branch touches now uses die.
