2ff1b1245b Use start_timer_nodelay() in protocols which rely on the retry timer 
to generate the initial transmission; this cuts off around 0.3s per
instantiated connection.

cfcc41d407 Set current working URI to be that of the executable image when 
executing any image, not just a script.  (This will enable pxelinux to
use relative URIs, should it wish to.)
