Peter Martini fe31004d5e Added a BMC (IPMI) frontend for virsh

Right now, this only supports power command, though
it could certainly be extended to include console
and boot device settings.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
