Jarrod Johnson f8d77ac2cc Add license parameter to setup.py

In order to have bdist_rpm output serviceable,
add the license field.  This results in an rpm
that has all the fields desired.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
