Jarrod Johnson c2ee99eb0d Add function to send sol data

In the case of using function callin/callout, the console module was missing
a callin.  Correct that omission.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

ipmictl.py is a sample application to roughly show the most simple approach to
invoking the library.
