Jarrod Johnson ad934dc1e3 Correct console behavior when open session fails

When open session fails, console continued trying to use the session
even though it is a lost cause.  Correct this by bailing out in time.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
