Jarrod Johnson 8c8ce504c1 Fix time correction code

When the change to refactor the event and event_data happened,
the time correction code was not correctly modified.  Rectify
the mistake.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
