Jarrod Johnson 7f88daa8ca Remove libvirt from requirements

Only some use the virtual bmc function.  Remove it
from requirements to make packaging easier.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
