Jarrod Johnson 7228cd832d Add optical and bios aliases for boot devices

Notably, optical was the canonical output but not a recognized input.
'safe' and 'bios' added by request as well.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

ipmictl.py is a sample application to roughly show the most simple approach to
invoking the library.
