Jarrod Johnson 369463eb9f For unspecified sensors use None as the component

Rather than use the string 'Unspecified', use the
None object to denote an event that has no associated
component.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
