Jarrod Johnon 2d5eebebd8 Handle custom keepalive modifications on the fly

It is possible for activity under 'raw_command' to modify custom
keepalive registry.  Tolerate the structure changing in the loop gracefully.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
