Jarrod Johnson 25d4d13a96 Finish conversion of slp to asyncio. 
Make process_peer async, with socket connection being async,
and dependency.

Have getaddrinfo use the asyncio version.

Rework the snoop to be more effective.

Rework the scan to be less convoluted.
