Add server side rack layout organization
...
The info is hard to put together client side, but
supremely easy server side.
Provide a nice call to
get the layout for a noderange, similar to (but better than) current
GUI code.
Now GUI can get a nice canned JSON
description of the layout.

Correct networkmanager entries for boot over infiniband

When booting and infiniband comes up as the 'get started' nic,
make the entry use correct type so as to avoid
confusion later, particularly when confignet comes along to fixup
the configuration.
