Update nodeconfig.ronn

Updated the Syntax mismatch between usage output and man page SYNOPSIS

Options -b settings.batch, --batch=settings.batch and 
-r COMPONENT, --restoredefault=COMPONENT

were only shown as -b, --batch and -r, --restoredefault
