jbjohnso 791598aeb1 -Fix output when logout packet times out 
-Adjust RCVBUF as possible in IPMI to increase outstanding transactions when the default value is low.
-Have IPMI throttle outstanding transactions based on the available size of the buffer to minimize UDP loss due to buffer overflow.

xCAT - eXtreme Cluster Administration Toolkit

xCAT is a toolkit for the deployment and administration of clusters.

For documentation on getting started with xCAT, see:

xCAT is made available as OSS under the EPL license:
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/eclipse-1.0.php

(This file is not packaged with the xCAT RPMs.  It is only here for those that look
at the source in SVN and want to know how to get started.  The README that is packaged
with xCAT is in perl-xCAT-2.0/README.)
