539ca4a836 -Fix rpower -f on 4.1 
-Manage uuid more similarly to KVM.  Not only maintain persistence across purging, but generate the initial one for consistency and because vmware UUIDs seem to violate the rfc.

ab9ac37852 Update configiba doc for two things: 1. make /etc/modprobe.conf and /etc/sysctl.conf writable for statelite booting. 2. Remind admin to run xdsh node sysctl -p from management node for SLES after admin restart the CN or restart openibd. This is openbid issue, we need this workaround mentioned in IB configuration
