61e75d8410 Update the LDAP section. The non-hierarchical should work as 
documented.  Still to work on hierachy.   Some headers not correct.

f27a942860 Removed /install from URL. 
1.  It should never be hardcoded.
2.  Does not work with vsftpd (i.e. the symlink hack didn't work).
