cb0d6e4775 for Paul's defect 3053482, 
create the otherpkgs.pkglist file,
and also update the pkglist for rhel6.ppc64, because many group names have been changed.

078f3fbce1 -Have rinv provide more contextual data in the in-band cross reference key 
-have chvm support specification via new key
-have chvm more cleanly handle out of drive conditions (TODO: support adding more scsi controllers if someone asks)

d0bf81f213 two new attributes "netdrivers" and "kernelver" are added to "linuximage" table, 
the two attributes and the node's installnic and primarynic attributes will be used for creating the stateless/statelite image
