0aed8d3d16 Rework upflag.cpp to have a less Visual Studio oriented snippet for more straightforward compile.

e04ebd72d3 add the message before starting rflash: If you use Direct FSP/BPA management(DFM) to do the firmware update, You can find the log files in the /var/log/xcatd/dfm/rflash/.
