f4e5b2e9e0 libibverbs package names are different between RHELS6 and SLES11, the original PE pkglist are only working for SLES11. So we need to distinguish the difference by adding new pkglists with OS types.

236888437d To enable PE checkpoint/restart function, PE postinstall script shippted by xCAT should write the checkpoint key to rootimage and so ckpt.sh can read it after boot

b8b8c3db7c ppe_rte_license should be installed firstly which prevents 'ppe*.rpm' installing later. Use --force option to update rpm packages

63d7468766 in PE 5.3.0.0, bm_pe_rh6p-5.3.0.0-1042a.ppc64 and ibm_pe_rh6p-5.3.0.0-1042a.ppc64 are dependent on sci_ppc_32bit_rh600-2.0.0.0-1042a.ppc64.rpm and sci_ppc_64bit_rh600-2.0.0.0-1042a.ppc64.rpm. So I add the packages into the pe.otherpkgs.pkglist.
