7c5a4ba731 Added support for local datastores: vmfs://<name> works. If the datastore is not found on the node it will try to create it with the first free disk it finds. If it finds no space, it errors out

539ca4a836 -Fix rpower -f on 4.1 
-Manage uuid more similarly to KVM.  Not only maintain persistence across purging, but generate the initial one for consistency and because vmware UUIDs seem to violate the rfc.
