6036817018 -Severely break ipmi.pm.2 as phase 2 of a rewrite 
-initsdr path restructured to asynchronous flow in preparation for process/socket sharing
-Incidentally, please svn blame/log a file before deleting if it looks odd, it may exist for a reason
