6777f86870 Make IPMI 2.0 crypto dependencies mandatory 
Faced with an increasing population of IPMI 2 only devices, make the AES/CBC
requirements mandatory as it is a common source of systems failing to work
now.

203d7025ad Phase 1 of SVC plugin implementation 
This commit is able to create storage in an existing mdisk grp.

It hardcodes the iogrp to 0 for now.  The next step is to make hosts and vhostmap.
mkhost -name <name> -hbawwpn <wwpn> -force

And then map them together:
mkvdiskhostmap -host <host> -force <vdisk>

If boot, store the wwn into storage.osvolume for future use.

Commands to do:
attachstorage
detachstorage
showstorage
rmstorage

suspect frontending:
lsmdiskgrp to show state of avail space
will be appropriate

5f97813937 accept Bruce's suggestion, not re-copy the hash every time. And it's really more efficient to have an inner foreach that just adds the keys to the hash
