3ddfc48c03 Remove openslp dependency from xCAT-server package, added openslp in xCAT package. The reason is that xCAT-server package is built with noarch, the ifarch check in xCAT-server is useless. Since xCAT package is still built with arch information, temperarily add openslp-xcat package in xCAT. One disadvantage is that if user only update xCAT-server package, openslp-xcat will still not be installed. But looks like this is the best way we can choose now.

459025746e add tabprune -n support, take into account the table is not necessarily ordered and find the smallest and largest recid and use that to calculate recid to use to input to the tabprune -i process, which is the safest way to delete

2ddad2d1df if the nfs directory is set on the service node, but is not added into /etc/exports, 
then will be added into /etc/exports when running "nodeset <nr> install";

1b30b87fb2 removed xCATsn from pkglist, already in otherpkgs.pglist. conserver gets installed too early when in pkglist, and /etc/services does not get set up correctly.

4c29c0e054 Stateless images were not getting the timezone from site.timezone like stateful images were. Now it's being copied to /etc/localtime. Tested with RHELS5.4.
