c238362820 camera: merged s5k3e2fx driver with some stuff from desire 
Now 5MP Camera works, add early suspend and some other stuff

f88e03fbb0 Revert "htcleo: add missing gpio config for touchscreen" 
This change seems to add "lag" to the touch screen and doesn't appear to be needed for SD.
