Arne Coucheron 6ce104a582 click: media_profile: Save AAC stream as stereo, and increase video bitrate 
Solves an issue where certain media players only play first few
seconds of the audio, due to not properly handling single channel AAC audio.

Videos taken on the phone, that are uploaded to YouTube also suffers from this issue.
