Congfig.pm.5.8.8 Replaces the one /usr/opt/perl5/lib/5.8.8/aix-thread-multi/Config.pm
to be able to build perl dependencies unless fixed by AIX

cpan2rpm is modified to be able to build rpms from tarballs on AIX.
run cpan2rpm <tarball>  -U --tempdir=/tmp/temp
