- Bump compat level 5 -> 13 (required by Ubuntu 22.04+) - Fix dh sequence syntax: dh --with quilt build -> dh build --with quilt - Replace dh_clean -k with dh_prep (removed in compat 12) - Clean patch series to include all 0xxx patches and 1.8.18 patches (removes old 1.8.15/1.8.17 patches that conflict)
