Vinícius Ferrão eeb06fbb42 fix: Resolve mock config for AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux builders 
Auto-detection used OS ID directly (e.g. almalinux+epel-10-ppc64le)
but mock configs use short forms (alma+epel-10-ppc64le). Add
resolve_mock_cfg helper that tries the full ID first, then falls
back to known short forms.

Vinícius Ferrão 2913d072ab fix(ipmitool): Accept IPMI hardware being present in smoke test 
The smoke test previously required the IPMI probe to fail, which
breaks on any build host with a BMC. Allow rc=0 when hardware is
present; only fail on unexpected error output.

Victor Hu 364e819e9a Add the bin directory to this RPM so that /opt/xcat/bin is removed if no 
other files are under the bin directory.  Installing ipmitool-xcat on a single
machine and removing it will also remove the /opt/xcat/bin directory.

chenglch 89ec0d32cf Close the intf(lanplus) session if sol session is closed 
This is a work around patch for OpenPOWER firmware which has error
to close the sol session. This patch add error handler to inform the
bmc to close the intf(lanplus) and sol session gracefully.

chenglch dc52c082d7 Handle TERM and HUP signal in ipmitool 
- Reset tty setting after receiving INT,HUP and TERM signal.
- Add TERM, HUP handler to close the connection session to the BMC
