Close the intf(lanplus) session if sol session is closed
...
This is a work around patch for OpenPOWER firmware which has error
to close the sol session. This patch add error handler to inform the
bmc to close the intf(lanplus) and sol session gracefully.

Handle TERM and HUP signal in ipmitool
...
- Reset tty setting after receiving INT,HUP and TERM signal.
- Add TERM, HUP handler to close the connection session to the BMC

saneretry.patch is useful for ipmitool-1.8.15,
eventfix and spdfix have already been patched.
add rflash patch to delete upgrade prompt question.

Modify atftp and ipmitool spec files to explicitly conflict with the packages that are appropriate for them to conflict with.
...
This will lead to a bit earlier and clearer error message, but yum still won't offer to deinstall like apt would
