Daniel Hilst d5165cadcc fix(xcat-core): concurrent package builds stage into one SOURCES directory ...

A core build failed in %prep with "File
/builddir/build/SOURCES/xCAT-test-2.20.0.tar.gz is smaller than 13 bytes". Its
src.rpm carried 0 bytes where two sibling builds of the same commit carried
1671225.

buildrpms.pl staged every tarball into one $HOME/rpmbuild/SOURCES while forking
a child per package and target, so one child's tar overwrote an archive another
child was copying with mock --sources.

build_sources_dir keys the staging directory per package and target, like the
mock chroot. buildrpms_sources_per_package.t covers it.
