* Package lists and post-install scripts for RHEL8 diskless support

* RHEL8 kernel finding hack

* Subdirectory dracut_047 for RHEL8 support

* Use /bin/bash for all the scripts

* Use "set -x" for debugging

* Tweak dracut.conf

* Remove dracut-install
