Rearrange the confluent related pages to be under one topic
...
Under Advanced topics, confluent was split to two separate topics:
- confluent
- confetty
To keep things together better, create a main confluent bullet,
underneath:
confluent -> confluent_server
confetty -> confluent_client

from source code. Used GitHub is the repository host since we are
talking about moving confluent project to be hosted natively on GitHub.
