Improvements to xcat init unit for dracut ( #4609 )
...
Changes:
- Explicit shebang (make it explicit). It not required but clarifies syntax used.
- ShellCheck suggested fixes.
- Correct mirroring of `doxcat` to first physical cons if serial cons is primary.
- Add protection for accidental closure of primary screen.
- Minor optimizations

Fix UpdateExpress under genesis
...
Newer versions would experience a hard failure if the embedded CIM implementation
cannot start. strace revealed that said process was failing because /var/tmp did not
exist
