b38d5b8b86 PE now is providing different package names for different OS and arch, for example, **rh6x, **rh6p, **sles11x, **sles11p. So for convenience of system admins, we are shipping several otherpkgs list for different PE version, os and arch.

b8b8c3db7c ppe_rte_license should be installed firstly which prevents 'ppe*.rpm' installing later. Use --force option to update rpm packages

63d7468766 in PE 5.3.0.0, bm_pe_rh6p-5.3.0.0-1042a.ppc64 and ibm_pe_rh6p-5.3.0.0-1042a.ppc64 are dependent on sci_ppc_32bit_rh600-2.0.0.0-1042a.ppc64.rpm and sci_ppc_64bit_rh600-2.0.0.0-1042a.ppc64.rpm. So I add the packages into the pe.otherpkgs.pkglist.
