Jarrod Johnson c5bb3ceb0d Alias RHEL7 to avoid breaking templates 
Some custom templates used the rhel7 name.  Restore
their functionality by linking in the 'old' name.

Jarrod Johnson 96144aabbb If TFTPDIR does not begin with /, correct it 
TFTPDIR could be set without a leading /.  Support
this syntax by putting a slash in front and hoping
for the best
