2384541fda Add new tool xcatstat 
This tool is useful for the user who was using csmstat
in csm to monitor the compute nodes. The tool is a partial
implementation of of csmstat in xCAT.

96144aabbb If TFTPDIR does not begin with /, correct it 
TFTPDIR could be set without a leading /.  Support
this syntax by putting a slash in front and hoping
for the best
